Fio Collection currently ships within the United States, Canada, Australia, and select European countries.

Shipping Rates

• United States:
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50
  • Flat rate expedited shipping: $10
• Canada, Australia, and Europe:
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $15

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order is processed and the shipping label is created, a tracking number will be provided.

Delivery Times

• Free U.S. shipping: estimated 5–10 business days via USPS standard shipping
• Expedited shipping times may vary depending on destination

Shipping Carrier & Responsibility
All orders are shipped from Washington State via United States Postal Service.
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Fio Collection is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage. Customers must contact the carrier directly for assistance using the provided tracking number.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Fio Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
All shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Fio Collection is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
